How I became a certified personal jump rope trainer

And I’m still learning all that I can about jumping rope.

When I started attending personal jumping rope sessions, I was determined to learn more! The more I learned about the subject, the more I wanted to learn. I went to a group session and had fun with them. They encouraged and gave me good tips on things to expect from a jump rope trainer.

That day, I began attending more sessions. And I started to see the benefits. It got easier to jump, and it felt so good I decided to take it more seriously. The following week, I got in the gym. And I got back in shape. I was ready to see where this train was going. The key to the success of any jumping rope program is consistency. Once you get into the swing of things and it becomes routine you realize how much better you feel. I’m glad I stuck with it, and I’m glad I found the right jumping rope system.

For one, I’ve met many, many trainers at my gym. From the beginner to the experienced trainer, I have found more than one great instructor. I’ve learned from them how to train, and what it takes to be a jump rope trainer. And most of all, I’ve learned how to better myself as a person. It’s always best to take a step back, and see where you are. I’ve learned to see where I’m at, where I have to be, and where I wish I could be.
